How do I place an order?
Choose any of the following methods:

  • By Fax
    (800)-525-5562 (please do not send artwork via fax.)
  • By Mail
    Complete the order form found in the center of any National Wildlife Holiday Cards for Businesses catalog and mail to:

How do I pay for my order?
Choose from one of the following methods:
  • Credit Card
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
  • Bill My Order
    Bill my order including shipping and handling. Please provide your Dunn & Bradstreet number or two trade references on a separate sheet of paper. If the "Bill my order" option is selected, our terms are net 30 from date of invoice (ship date). Balances over 30 days are assessed a 1.5% late charge. We will use Dunn & Bradstreet in assessing credit worthiness. If a negative report is received, we will ask for prepayment. Anything over $250 will need to have the credit check.
  • Check
    Your order will not be processed until your check is received.

What are the payment terms?
Payment is due upon receipt of merchandise.

Whom can I call to help me with my order?
If you encounter difficulty placing your order with our online catalog, please call our telephone sales department at (800)-545-9099, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time, Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Eastern Time Otherwise e-mail us and we will contact you in a timely manner.

How long does it take to get my order?
Items in stock take 3-5 days for printing plus shipping time. Sometimes items ship separately, but you will not be charged for multiple shipments. Your credit card will not be charged until the last item is shipped.

Can I write my own verse for my cards?
Yes, you can. Type your verse, up to five lines, in the space provided for the custom verse. Custom verses in ink are $25 per design.

What if I want to have my address imprinted on my envelopes?
Envelopes may be personalized with your name and address in ink or foil to match your card verse and personalization. You may print up to 4-lines on the back flap of each envelope at 40 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation. The charge for imprinting the envelopes with ink is $12.00 set-up charge plus 7¢ an envelope.

Can I purchase additional envelopes?
Additional blank envelopes may be ordered in multiples of 25 for $3.00. Additional imprinted envelopes may be ordered in multiples of 25 for $4.75.

Additional blank Fastick® envelopes may be ordered in multiples of 25 for $6.00. Additional imprinted Fastick® envelopes may be ordered in multiples of 25 for $7.75.

Can I have foil stamping on my cards and/or envelopes?
No foil stamping is available.

Can I print my logo on these products?
Yes, your own company artwork (or trademark) can be printed for a one-time charge of $25.

Can I print my custom signature on these products?
Yes, your signature can be printed for a one-time charge of $25. To print a single signature, multiple signatures or additional request, please call Telephone Sales at (800)-545-9099.

Can I change my order?
We will do our best to make your changes before your order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our plant. It's crucial that you make sure your order is correct and final before you place it. This will help avoid the process and cost of reprinting. Call (please do not fax) us toll free at (800)-545-9099.

Are you going to automatically send me a proof?
If you are submitting a new logo, custom greeting or handwritten signature, you will receive one emailed or faxed proof. If you are using artwork on file, a proof is not included in this charge. If you require a proof, please call Telephone Sales at (800)-545-9099.

If my order does not satisfy my needs, what do I do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, just call us toll free at (800)-545-9099 or send an e-mail message to customer service. We'll gladly give you a full refund, credit, or replacement order.

How much will my shipping and processing cost?
The following shipping and processing charges apply to orders prepaid by credit card:

A dimensional weight fee is assessed on UPS air and ground shipments whenever the weight of the box is not appropriate for the size and/or volume of the box.

Shipping and processing charges are designed to compensate the seller for its shipping costs and help offset the costs for receiving and processing orders, maintaining inventory and related warehousing costs.

State and local sales tax is charged on merchandise shipped to the following states. The state sale tax rate is provided:

CA 7.25%, CO 2.90%, DC 6.00%, FL 6.00%, GA 4.00%, IA 6.00%, IL 6.25%, IN 7.00%, KS 6.50%, KY 6.00%, LA 4.45%, MA 6.25%, MD 6.00%, ME 5.50%, MI 6.00%, MN 6.875%, NC 4.75%, NE 5.50%, NJ 6.625%, NV 6.85%, NY 4.00%, OK 4.50%, PA 6.00%, RI 7.00%, SD 4.50%, TN 9.25%, TX 6.25%, UT 4.85%, VA 6.00%, VT 6.00%, WA 6.50%, WV 6.00%, WI 5.00%, WY 4.00%.

You will need to add local sales taxes as applicable. Sales tax may be charged on shipping and handling based upon individual state laws.

Residents of CA, FL, IL, MA, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OK, PA, TX, VA, WA and WI do not need to add sales tax to magazine subscriptions.

How do I request a catalog?
You can request a catalog online from our catalog request page on the website. Alternatively, e-mail us or call a sales representative at (800)-545-9099 and request a catalog.

How do I request a sample?
Each card has an "order sample" link next to it. Request a sample by clicking the link and adding the sample to your shopping cart. You may request up to three samples free of charge. You can also call a sales representative at (800)-545-9099 and request the sample(s) or e-mail us.

How do I remove myself from the mailing list?
Please remove the back cover of the catalog or a copy of the fax that you received and fax it to us at (800)-525-5562. You can also e-mail [email protected]. Include the information exactly as it appears on the address label. Please indicate which media you would like to be removed from ie... fax, e-mail, catalog, etc... Due to the time needed to prepare a mailing list and send out the catalog it can take up to 6 months to stop receiving our catalogs. All lists are updated at the end of the month you requested to be removed. If you have any questions please contact us at (800)-545-9099. The representative will need the information described above to assure your removal from any of our lists.
